HOW DOES EMS WORK?
Whole body EMS activates your major muscle groups by mimicking the signals that the brain sends to your muscles to contract during traditional exercise. Your muscles cannot differentiate a signal that comes from your brain from the signals sent to your muscles through the OnePulse EMS device- either way the muscle contracts! As a result more muscle fibers are recruited and a deeper, more complete contraction (90% vs. 60%) is achieved when compared to conventional training methodology.
THE EMS DIFFERENCE
During an EMS session, the low frequency pulses activate over 98% of your muscles simultaneously throughout all the major muscle groups in your body. Each muscle reacts with 85 contractions per second, compared to 1 or 2 contractions per second in one muscle group at a time as in conventional strength training.
